John is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and makes the process as simple as possible for his clients. I purchased a short sale, and John caught an issue (not a loan issue, nothing related to the loan or his part of the process) that may have jeopardized the sale and found a resolution that allowed me to close on time. Without John, I probably would have lost out on the home I purchased, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible.
